Since 2003 we have advised owners, operators and flight departments on the private-jet lifecycle — pre-buy inspections, maintenance, parts, brokerage, fleet planning, and crew training. The operating side of Triforce grew out of this practice, and the practice is still open for business.

Where this came from

Twenty-three years of one aviation practice.

Triforce did not start as an airline. It started as an advisory firm, born inside the Bombardier programme, that learned how to fly because its clients kept asking. The order matters — the playbook came first.

    Founded as an aviation consultancy

    Triforce starts as a multidisciplinary aviation consulting firm focused on the private-jet sector — built by program managers who came out of the Bombardier production floor with full-lifecycle knowledge, manufacturing through customer delivery.

  2. 2014
    First medevac flight

    Two Citation IIs and one Geneva hangar. The consultancy starts flying its own missions — and the operational discipline becomes the product.

  3. Today
    Operator + advisor

    A six-continent ICU-jet network and a private-charter wing — backed by the same advisory practice that wrote the playbook. Same number, same team, same standard.

Our advisory practice does not take referral fees from MROs, brokers, or completion centres. When we recommend a vendor it is because we would fly behind their work — and when we wouldn’t, we tell you on the record. Read the operating principles.
