One Mission · Five Chapters

From the moment the phone rings,
we are already in the air.

Five chapters of a mission we run 2,400 times a year. The call, the crew, the flight, the handoff — the same chain of custody, never broken.

The Call

A hospital rings. A family waits.

A trauma team in São Paulo needs to move a patient to Houston. Our mission desk answers in under fifteen seconds — any hour, any timezone.

Wheels Up

Forty-two minutes to the runway.

Crew brief, flight plan, customs, fuel, ICU kit, ventilator, blood. The jet is rotating off the threshold before the average ambulance hits the freeway.

An intensive care unit, at the speed of sound.

Two flight physicians. A board-certified critical-care nurse. Hospital-grade ventilator, IABP-capable, ECMO-ready. The cabin is pressurised so the patient never feels altitude.

Testimonials

Trusted by the people who cannot afford to get it wrong.

Hospital systems, global insurers, and corporate risk officers across six continents rely on Triforce for the transfers that cannot wait.

When our patient's liver failed mid-mission in São Paulo, Triforce had a physician on the line within seconds and wheels up out of GRU inside 37 minutes. The receiving intensivists at King's College said it was the most complete pre-arrival brief they had ever received.

Head of Critical Care
Lagos University Teaching HospitalNigeria
We have benchmarked every major air-ambulance operator. Triforce's dispatch window is not marketing copy — we have clocked it independently, multiple times. They are operationally in a different league, and our medical directors will not accept substitutes for complex ICU repatriations.
Thomas Richter
VP Global Medical Assistance
AXA PartnersGermany
We coordinate evacuations from conflict zones and remote clinics where minutes are not a figure of speech. Triforce is the one operator that never says “we need to assess the runway first” and then stalls. They assess and they move.
Dr. Marie-Claude Fontaine
Medical Director, Evacuations Unit
Médecins Sans FrontièresFrance
After a serious offshore incident, Triforce transferred three critically injured employees from Singapore to specialist trauma centres in London in under eight hours, door to door. That is not a metric — it is the reason we renewed our contract without negotiation.
James Almeida-Torres
Corporate Risk Director

We have referred complex international transfers to Triforce for four years. The clinical documentation they transmit before landing is the most thorough in the industry— our intensivists have raised it without prompting. That fidelity of handoff saves lives.

Director of International Patient Services

Our duty-of-care protocol requires us to re-benchmark medevac providers annually. Triforce has held the top score on every dimension — speed, clinical depth, and incident-free record — for three consecutive years. That consistency is rarer than it sounds.

Common Questions

Answers to the questions your medical director will ask.

Direct answers to the questions hospitals, insurers, and corporate risk officers ask before authorising a Triforce mission.

Triforce confirms wheels-up within 42 minutes of mission authorisation — any continent, any hour. Our mission desk is staffed 24/7/365 with a median call-answer time of 11 seconds. Aircraft are pre-positioned at strategic bases; crew briefing, flight planning, customs, ICU equipment loading, and fuel are coordinated in parallel — not sequentially. Our deployment window is independently benchmarked by the large medical-assistance companies we partner with, not a marketing figure.

Every Triforce air ambulance deploys with two board-certified flight physicians and a critical care-trained flight nurse. Our physicians hold dual specialisations in emergency medicine and intensive care, with current certifications in ATLS, ACLS, ALS, and neonatal resuscitation. The crew configuration is fixed — it does not vary by price tier or aircraft type. For complex cases (ECMO, IABP, paediatric, neonatal), we coordinate with specialist retrieval physicians at point of care.

ARGUS Platinum (the industry's highest operator rating), IS-BAO Stage 3 (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations), EURAMI accreditation (the international standard for air medical transport), plus current FAA and EASA operating certificates. All certificates are current and all audits are completed on schedule. Audit reports, MEL documentation, and crew records are available to qualified institutional buyers under NDA. Triforce has maintained a zero hull-loss record across 23 years of operations.

Yes — the GCC and broader Middle East is one of our most active corridors. We hold permits and slots at DXB, AUH, RUH, JED, DOH, KWI, BAH, MCT, and all major general-aviation FBOs across the Gulf. Our mission desk has Arabic-speaking coordinators available around the clock. For medical evacuations from the GCC to European specialist centres, we routinely operate via Dubai with initial response measured in hours, not days.

Air ambulance is a medical transport service — the aircraft is configured as a flying ICU with hospital-grade life-support equipment and a physician-led clinical crew. It is activated when a patient requires critical care en route. Private jet charter is executive transport configured for comfort, staffed by cabin crew rather than a medical team. Triforce operates both through the same mission desk and quality-management system. Some aircraft serve both roles depending on configuration; we advise on the right setup for each request.

Triforce holds overflight and landing permits for 187 countries. Our in-house dispatch team manages diplomatic clearances, customs documentation, crew licensing reciprocity, blood and medication import waivers, and ground transport coordination. For conflict-adjacent zones and restricted territories we engage specialist ground handlers and monitor airspace NOTAMs in real time. We have successfully executed missions from remote African airstrips, Arctic waypoints, and islands with no scheduled service — typically on less than six hours' notice.
