Operations. Triforce operates globally, providing air-ambulance and private-jet charter services across six continents. Mission control is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Triforce provides two primary service lines under the Triforce brand:

• Air Ambulance — ICU-equipped medevac and critical-care transport, operating across six continents. Medical crews include board-certified critical care physicians and ICU nurses. All missions are conducted under a licensed medical director.
• Private Charter — global private-jet charter and aircraft acquisition, brokerage, and management services for individuals, families, and corporate clients.

Triforce holds the following independently audited safety ratings and accreditations:

• ARGUS Platinum — the highest rating issued by Aviation Research Group/US (ARGUS International). Platinum status requires satisfying the full IS-BAO audit plus additional operational and safety metrics assessed by ARGUS auditors.
• IS-BAO Stage 3 — International Standard for Business Aviation Operations, administered by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). Stage 3 is the highest achievable level, demonstrating a fully embedded Safety Management System (SMS).
• EURAMI Accredited — European Aero-Medical Institute accreditation for air-medical transport programs, covering medical standards, equipment, and personnel qualification.

All flights are conducted in accordance with applicable civil aviation authority requirements in each jurisdiction of operation. Certification and audit-cycle references are available on written request.

The Triforce website, request flow, client portal, and associated mobile apps are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Disputes arising out of or relating to the Service are subject to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), before a single arbitrator seated in Wilmington, Delaware. Full terms — including the informal-resolution period, class-action waiver, and exceptions for emergency injunctive relief — are set out in Section 17 of the Terms of Service.

Customers accessing the Service from outside the United States acknowledge that local mandatory consumer-protection and data-privacy laws may also apply alongside these terms.
