Testimonials

Trusted by the people who cannot afford to get it wrong.

Hospital systems, global insurers, and corporate risk officers across six continents rely on Triforce for the transfers that cannot wait.

When our patient's liver failed mid-mission in São Paulo, Triforce had a physician on the line within seconds and wheels up out of GRU inside 37 minutes. The receiving intensivists at King's College said it was the most complete pre-arrival brief they had ever received.

Head of Critical Care

We have benchmarked every major air-ambulance operator. Triforce's dispatch window is not marketing copy — we have clocked it independently, multiple times. They are operationally in a different league, and our medical directors will not accept substitutes for complex ICU repatriations.
Thomas Richter
VP Global Medical Assistance
AXA PartnersGermany
We coordinate evacuations from conflict zones and remote clinics where minutes are not a figure of speech. Triforce is the one operator that never says 'we need to assess the runway first' and then stalls. They assess and they move.
Dr. Marie-Claude Fontaine
Medical Director, Evacuations Unit
Médecins Sans FrontièresFrance
After a serious offshore incident, Triforce transferred three critically injured employees from Singapore to specialist trauma centres in London in under eight hours, door to door. That is not a metric — it is the reason we renewed our contract without negotiation.
James Almeida-Torres
Corporate Risk Director
Shell InternationalNetherlands
We have referred complex international transfers to Triforce for four years. The clinical documentation they transmit before landing is the most thorough in the industry — our intensivists have raised it without prompting. That fidelity of handoff saves lives.
Professor Liu Wei
Director of International Patient Services
Peking Union Medical College HospitalChina
Our duty-of-care protocol requires us to re-benchmark medevac providers annually. Triforce has held the top score on every dimension — speed, clinical depth, and incident-free record — for three consecutive years. That consistency is rarer than it sounds.

Frequently asked

Air ambulance — your questions answered.

Every mission includes a EURAMI-credentialed physician and critical-care nurse, ICU-grade equipment onboard (mechanical ventilator, cardiac monitor, infusion pumps, medical oxygen), ground ambulance coordination at both origin and destination, and a direct handoff to the receiving medical team. The cabin is a certified flying ICU — not a modified passenger jet.

Our median wheels-up time from initial contact is under 45 minutes for missions within our pre-positioned network (North America, Europe, GCC, Asia-Pacific). For more remote locations we begin crew and aircraft positioning as soon as the clinical assessment is complete — typically within two hours of the call.

Standard crew is a physician and a critical-care nurse. For patients who require it we can add neonatal transport specialists, cardiac intensive-care nurses, or ECMO-competent teams. Crew composition is determined by the clinical assessment — tell us the diagnosis and we staff the flight accordingly.

Triforce holds operating authorisations across six continents and covers more than 140 countries for departures and repatriations. For destinations that require diplomatic clearances or unusual border formalities, our coordination team handles the filings — allow 24–72 additional hours where airspace or landing permits are required.

Cost varies with distance, aircraft type, crew configuration, and ground logistics. A domestic transfer in North America typically runs $15,000–$40,000; a transatlantic repatriation commonly $80,000–$200,000+. Call our medical team for an estimate — we will give you a number within the hour, not a form to complete. Most major travel-insurance and assistance carriers have a direct-billing relationship with Triforce.

Triforce works directly with most major travel-insurance carriers, corporate assistance programmes, and repatriation-benefit insurers. We can invoice your insurer directly in most cases. If you carry travel insurance or a corporate medical plan, contact us first — our team will handle the pre-authorisation call on your behalf.
